• Auspicious Direction: Balconies located in the North, Northeast, and East are considered highly auspicious as they allow beneficial solar rays to enter.
• Terrace Slopes: Roof and terrace floors should always slope towards the North or East to ensure smooth rainwater drainage in the direction of prosperity.
• Plants & Greenery: Place lightweight, green flowering plants, Basil (Tulsi), and ornamental shrubs on the North and East balconies.
